Methods of Payment
Full payment of registration fees should be completed by the following deadlines. Confirmation letter will be issued upon the clearance of payment.

Invitation Letter
Should you need an invitation letter, contact the secretariat at secretariat@ksmrm.org.
Invitation letter is not commitment on the part of organizer to provide financial support. If you require a notarized invitation letter for visa, submit your request to the secretariat via e-mail by February 28, 2014. It will be mailed within a week after confirmation of your full payment. It will cost US $50 for notary service fee with postage. Notarized invitation letter will not be issued without the completion of your registration fees.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to the secretariat by email at secretariat@ksmrm.org.
- All refunds will be processed after the congress. Please refer to the following deadlines for cancellation.
