Guideline for Poster Presentation

2014 ICMRI & KSMRM Scientific Committee would like to acknowledge all authors who have submitted their abstract(s) for poster presentation.

Registration
  • All presenters must register and pay the appropriate registration fees.
  • You are not automatically registered for the 2014 ICMRI & KSMRM scientific sessions. You will be not permitted into the Poster Hall without a badge, which you must obtain through registration.
Poster Guideline
Please refer to the below guideline for poster presentation.
Poster Board Size 95cm (width) x 200cm (height)
Poster Size within 90cm (width) x 150cm (height)
Display Venue Connection Bridge (4F, Convention Center) & Peacock Room (2F, Hotel)
Display Dates & Times March 28, 09:00 - March 29, 17:30
Review Dates & Time 17:30-18:30, March 28
* During the assigned poster review hours, all presenting authors should remain in front of their poster boards.
Mounting After March 28, 08:30 - March 29, 09:00
Dismantling From March 29, 17:30 - 18:00

Poster(s) should be attached on the board by March 29, 09:00. Each poster is to be affixed on the numbers board assigned to each poster. Materials to attach the poster on the board will be provided in the display venue.

Poster(s) are to be kept attached by March 29, 17:30. Posters not removed after 18:00 on March 29 will be discarded by the secretariat.

Each poster must include text in a large enough font to be read easily by attendees from a distance of 1 m. Lettering on illustrations should be large and legible.

E-Poster Guideline
Please submit an e-poster file via email to secretariat@ksmrm.org by March 21.
  • File Format: PDF or PPT
    (A title and information on authors and affiliations should be included at the first page.)
  • Venue: Peacock Room (2F, Hotel)

Poster Short Presentation
Poster short presentation will be arranged during the scientific session VI on March 29, and it will be announced to the authors soon.
  • Time: 3 minutes (No Q&A)
  • Length: PowerPoint 3 slides
  • Selected poster abstracts will be nominated for a scientific award.
